The Littleton Regional Hospital (LRH) is a community non-profit, critical access hospital that has served the area since 1906. LRH relocated in 2001 from its aging facility to a new modern facility on partially donated land (252 acres) at 600 St. Johnsbury Road in Littleton, New Hampshire. Littleton, New Hampshire is located in Northern New Hampshire in the White Mountains region.

LRH serves 10 communities in its primary service area and 14 communities in its secondary service area. Its primary service area includes Bethlehem, Franconia, Lancaster, Lincoln, Lisbon, Littleton, Sugar Hill, Twin Mountain, and Whitefield, all of which are located in New Hampshire. Secondary service areas include Bath, Campton, Colebrook, Groveton, Jefferson, Monroe, North Stratford, North Woodstock and Woodsville all located in New Hampshire, and Concord, Danville, Gilman, Lunenburg and Lyndonville, which are located in Vermont.
